About The Slingshot

WHAT IS A SLINGSHOT?

Launched in 2014, the Polaris Slingshot set forth a mission to go where no other 3-wheel motorcycle has gone before. Leaving tradition behind, the distinctive-looking Slingshot is designed for high performance drives and an unforgettable driving experience. With a sleek finish and a furious look, this no roof, no doors, and on one rear wheel equals no no limits.

UNLEASH THE OPEN ROAD | WHAT TO EXPECT

3 WHEELS. 2 SEATS. UNLIMITED ADVENTURES

To be exact, the Slingshot is considered a 3-wheel motorcycle. Crafted for joyriding and top of the line cruising experiences, it’s stable enough to be mistaken for a car but unique enough to leave everyone you pass wondering what it is you’re driving.

The comfort level of the Slingshot is reliant on the quality of the road you’re traversing and your preferences. Ride through downtown and beyond when you rent a 3-wheel motorcycle from Fast&Furious Slingshot Rentals.

HORSEPOWER

Our Slingshot models weigh 1,743 lb (791 kg) and are powered by a 2.4 liter inline four-cylinder GM Ecotec gasoline engine. The Slingshot produces 202 hp (129 kW) at 6200 rpm and 166 lb-ft (225 N•m) of torque at 4700 rpm. The same engine was formerly used by General Motors in the Pontiac Solstice and Saturn Sky sports cars and the popular Chevrolet Cobalt.

SLEEK INTERIOR

Ride in style. The newer Slingshot models feature sleek leather-wrapped interiors featuring striking color schemes like black and red. The outside is equally as eye-catching with its futuristic body and oversized wheels. What’s better? It’s just as fun to drive as it is to look at.

EASY DRIVING

With a name like The Slingshot, it may be intimidating to rent this 3 wheel motorcycle and take it for a spin. But rest assured, the Slingshot was specially designed to be accessible to drivers of all skill levels. For some, it’s an experience only off-roading on ATVs and dirt bikes can mirror. For some of our bolder renters, it’s just another commute.
